Terms

Velvet is for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old, or older where local law requires a higher age of majority, must complete the current age confirmation or verification step, and must only use the service where adult content is legal.

All conversations must stay on-platform. Off-platform contact requests, or requests involving minors, non-consent, harassment, real-world contact, trafficking, real-person sexual abuse, or illegal activity are forbidden and may result in suspension, reporting, and loss of access.

AI hosts are synthetic companions. They may support legal adult kink/fetish chat and solo generated images where enabled. Production image generation uses adult-compatible provider routes and may normalize nude or explicit requests to clothed or lingerie posing.

Eligible credit purchases use NOWPayments checkout when payments are enabled. Credits are added only after the provider confirms the transaction through a signed webhook. If checkout is temporarily paused, the Wallet page will show the current status before you start a payment.

These launch terms are the operational baseline for the current self-attestation release. Market-specific terms may be updated as additional verification or payment providers are enabled.
