Velvet stores account, profile, wallet, transaction, age confirmation or verification status, user preferences, moderation, chat, and AI image job data needed to operate an adult chat platform.

Age access may be based on explicit user confirmation in the current launch flow. When an approved provider is used, Velvet stores provider identifiers, status, timestamps, and minimal metadata rather than raw identity documents whenever possible.

Chats and AI image lifecycle events may be reviewed when reported, when required for safety, or when necessary to investigate platform abuse. Access is limited by role-based controls and audit trails.

Users can request account support, export, or deletion through the support channel. Retention windows may vary by safety, abuse-prevention, payment, legal, and audit needs.
